p style="text-align: center;">I live away from my family and I do not have a friends here, which sounds like a really sad beginning for a blog post.
I am in love with Australia and I am really happy here, so happy that I feel like it is my birthday everyday, but.. when you don't have many friends and no family around you, you stop expecting gifts for your birthday (boyfriend aside).

This year, I have received some presents! Some very unexpected ones actually and so I decided to share these beautiful things with you all!

The first one is from Dale, my sweet lovely man.
Dale has been the most supportive person through these 2 fantastic years. He has always motivated me to be a better person and he helped me take my photography to the next level.
This guy right here, is the most helpful tool that I have ever owned in my life, after my Mac. This is a Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet and it has already made my life so much easier when it comes to editing and designing! I am absolutely in love with it and I still don't know how Dale thought of getting this for me. (I wouldn't have thought about it myself)

The second super useful and lovely present I got comes from Sharon, Dale's mum.
I have dreamed of having this cup for quite sometimes but I never splurged the money as it is one of those things you don't really need, but if you have it, you find it super useful!
This one is called KeepCup and it is a reusable coffee cup. Mine has a dark pink lid with a green insert, cork band and glass cup. You can bring this with you when you go out to get a take away coffee or simply when you want to drink your homemade coffee on the go, but it would be silly to go out with a normal home cup (I actually did it multiple times before I had this). It prevents spillage and it is of course re-usable which I love. The other great thing is that drinking your coffee in a glass cup makes it so much better for some reason. I feel the same about drinking water in a metal cup. A whole new taste! Have you tried?

And last but not least, this! Not sure if I have mentioned this, but I LOVE candles. Not all candles but the ones that smell fresh, fruity, the ones that have real smells. I don't like those perfumy, fake, chemical candles that resemble something but it isn't quite the same smell.
I got these candles, tray and rocks from some co-workers. They have asked Dale for my favorite color, which is green and made this beautiful piece with 4 items. I cannot really figure out the smell, but it could be sandalwood and something else. It smells like heaven without even lighting it up.
I always feel reluctant when it comes to lighting candles, it is like eating a beautifully decorated cake. It feels like a waste, especially when the taste is not as good as the look.
I have learned my lesson with my favorite candle from KMart. It looked beautiful, but the smell when lit, was just incomparable.
This candles are really beautiful, and they smell even better.
